Absolutely love this place.

After watching kantaro on Netflix I had to come here and have anmitsu… and I wasn’t disappointed.

The ingredients taste great, the shop is really quaint and cute.
Be aware, there is no English menu and the staff do not speak English. I accidentally ordered incorrectly, but luckily it worked out fine anyway.

Shiratama anmitsu with kuromitsu (black sugar) is a recommended dish.

I saw other orders there and they all looked delicious.

The anmitsu is really tasty and has a wide variety of elements. Also the tea served is freshly made and pairs well with the anmitsu. The shop is cozy and the staff is friendly. I recommend this place!

Went here cause of Kantaro show that was on Netflix. The place was empty so I was treated to the VIP experience. As expected the sweets were super delicious but what surprised me was the amazing tea they served along with it. I felt embarrassed after asking for the third refill 🤭 but the Oba-San was super nice about it. I ordered the mamekan and the anmitsu and both were amazing! I will definitely visit again the next time I come to Japan!
