Sanki is a Chinese restaurant that was featured in the Michelin Bib Gourmand.
I visited you for lunch.
Ordered drool, mapo tofu, sweet and sour pork, oil limp chicken, and dandan noodles. (Two rice sets included)

Everything is delicious! !

The drooling sauce has a nice spicy sauce and moist texture from the breast meat, and it's delicious to have it with the melty eggplant underneath!

The sweet and sour pork also contains Japanese yam and has a good texture. It has a good sweet and sour taste, has little vinegar taste, and is very easy to eat. delicious.

Mapo tofu is well seasoned with Japanese pepper, and rice is a must.
It was delicious!

The oily chicken and sauce are very light. You can enjoy the crispy and juicy thigh meat with the vegetable sauce, which is also delicious.

Dandan noodles have a very rich sesame flavor. This is my first time having tandan noodles like this! Creamy. It was delicious.

The owner/chef was also very personable, and I felt comfortable seeing the staff working efficiently even when they were busy.

This time, we arrived around 11:25 on a weekday. There was a group of people waiting in front of me.
After that, customers kept coming in, with some people waiting.

Nine of us went to Hutong Sanki, a 3-minute walk from Soshigaya-Okura Station on the Odakyu Line in Tokyo, at 11:30 a.m. on Sunday.

This restaurant is featured in Michelin's Bib Gourmand, and I went there this time because I was invited to a gourmet Chinese food party hosted by a friend.

The building feels quite old, but it's a popular restaurant, and there was a line even before it opened.This time, we made a reservation in advance and reserved a room on the second floor for 9 people♪

I went up the stairs and went to the second floor♪

I looked at the menu and ordered the following course called yuzuki, which cost 3,500 yen per person (tax included).

For drinks, I ordered draft beer for 700 yen (tax included) and Shaoxing wine, and it was delicious.

The owner of the restaurant carried a cute 6 month old baby on her back and carried the food up the stairs, which must have been difficult.

It's a large fried shrimp, and it's great that you can eat it with the shell on♪

・Grandpa's meatballs
Wow, the meatballs are huge and firm, and the sauce is delicious ♪ The green peppers and maitake mushrooms are also delicious ♪

・Mabo tofu rice
Although the spices are spicy, it's high quality and has plenty of tofu, so it's delicious with rice♪

High quality and delicious mango pudding♪

As expected, Hutong Sanki in Soshigaya Okura in Tokyo has been selected as a Michelin Bib Gourmand, and I was very satisfied with the high quality and delicious Chinese food.
