We bought some mini baguette breads here for lunch, and was just amazed how they made it so tiny packed with such deliciousness. It's apparently a popular place, but we didn't have to wait in the morning on a Saturday.

I bought take-out bread from a famous bakery in Shinjuku. There are so many delicious-looking breads that it can be hard to decide which one to buy.
On this day, I bought two things: anchovy butter and anchovy cheese. The one thing that both breads have in common is that they have the best chewy texture. I want to hold on to it forever! An butter bread has plenty of butter. I don't feel any guilt. Anchovy cheese bread tastes better when warmed. I want to go back to try other breads.

JUNIBUN BAKERY is located inside the Keio Department Store.
The main store is located in Sangenjaya, Setagaya Ward.
It's very convenient to be able to buy it at a department store.
I've been there a few times, but when I look at the photos...
My first visit was in 2021.
It is a face-to-face sales ceremony.
●Shikaku bread half
In 2021, it was ¥250.
Small size with a side of 8.5cm.
With a moist and chewy texture,
It is a fine-grained bread.
I can feel the slight sweetness of honey.
I was wondering about the junior bun bread,
Contains fresh cream,
It seems to have a sweet taste.
●Balloon bread
In 2021, it was ¥320.
The packaging is so cute!
It's a highly hydrated bread, so it's incredibly moist!
It has a strong chewy feel, which I like.
It also has a slightly sweet taste.
I wanted to eat this bread, so I went to Shinjuku.
I can't help but stop by.
The memo says it's the same dough as British bread.
It remained.
If I remember correctly, I asked the store clerk carefully about the bread.
I was given an explanation!
●Bucket
In 2021, it was ¥250.
It's fragrant and the crust is crunchy.
The crumb is moist and chewy.
It's very chewy.
This bread is my favorite
It was moist and chewy, so
I think I will continue to repeat it.
