Kevelos Meijijingūmae

Such an amazing find! My friend and I sat at the counter where we could watch the pizzas being made. The pizzas were amazing! Not even 30 seconds after they came out of the oven, they were already on a plate in front.

We also ordered the romaine lettuce salad and were shocked at the size. It can definitely feed 2 people. The dressing and toppings were wonderful.

I highly recommend stopping by! Some of the best authentic Italian pizza I’ve had so far in Tokyo.

We had dinner at Kevelos in Omotesando, and it was a great spot for a cozy Italian meal. The food overall was really solid!

We started with prosciutto and fresh mozzarella, and it was the perfect light and flavorful way to kick off the meal. The olive oil they drizzled on top tied everything together nicely. The Caesar-style salad was fresh and crunchy, with toppings that added a nice texture—simple but satisfying.

For mains, we tried a little bit of everything. The pizza was decent—cheesy and flavorful, but the crust wasn’t as crisp as we hoped. It felt a little soft, so it didn’t wow us, but it was still enjoyable. The meatballs, on the other hand, were a highlight—tender, juicy, and served in a rich tomato sauce. The pork chop was another standout—grilled perfectly, juicy inside, and paired with roasted veggies and a tangy grainy mustard that complemented it so well.

Oh, and the mulled wine was such a cozy treat! It was warm, spiced, and felt like the perfect drink for a chilly evening.

The vibe at Kevelos was laid-back and welcoming, with checkered tablecloths that gave it a charming, old-school feel. The service was friendly and efficient, making the experience smooth and enjoyable. If you’re in Omotesando and looking for a relaxed spot with good Italian dishes, Kevelos is definitely worth checking out!

Very nice and small Italien Restaurant. They have some the different Pizzas a Lot of Drinks, including Wine and Bier they make the Pizza in a Wood Ofen pries and Service is very nice. Easy to walk from the metro station. They also have some tables outside. They also offer take away food!

I’ve been eating a lot pizza recently and this place is a serious contender for top 5 most delicious places. Loves the super fresh cherry tomato based sauce for the Romana. The Bismarck was great too. Pizzas appeared a little small when deliver but after chowing down I was satisfied!
