Catching up with former colleagues, this is a good place to do so in Ginza. Located on the 8th floor of a building (can be harder to find for non-Japanese speakers) with an interesting 'house/village within a floor' concept, quite good Chinese food is served. The staff are very friendly and responsive. The food and menu is pretty interesting. Restaurant appears to cater more to an after-work drinking crowd so expect it to be lively.

There was no one waiting when I arrived around 6:30pm on a weekday.
I was able to enter the store easily without a reservation.

Shanghai style black vinegar subbuta 1,100 yen,
Crab miso and crabmeat tofu stew 1,600 yen,
Ordered rice, highball, etc.

Serve immediately with crab miso and crabmeat tofu stew.
It takes just over 5 minutes, and Shanghai-style black vinegar subbuta takes just over 10 minutes.

It's a deliciousness that is difficult to express.

I feel excited even before I eat it.

It's seasoned with so much flavor that you'll get addicted to it.

This time we had a course meal at an authentic Chinese restaurant.

There were many flavors that I had never tried before, but they were all delicious and I had a great time!

Next time I would like to try various dishes a la carte.
