If you are around Asagaya station, its a must go French. To start the bread is artisanal... wonderful. All the dishes carefully assembled delicate but tasty. Fresh ingredients like wild asparagus, together with meat...And the dessert...coriander ice cream (yes, you heard well) especially to me that can't stand coriander...but surprisingly delicious😮, combined with kind of velvety caramel cream (? I forgot the explanation) slightly bitter, it was exquisite...on top of pineapple gelée😎. Nice chef, attentive staff. Beautiful tableware direct from France... It was one of my best findings😉, I went for Mother's day celebration. You should give a try🥰

good. We had dinner, and the traditional dishes, which are all about flavor, are delicious.

I especially liked the long-aged pheasant and foie gras pie wrap. I think it's a dish that you won't find anywhere else because of the unique scent of long-aged rice and the salumi sauce.
Bhutan Noir is also a standard dish, but it definitely has a delicious sweet and salty taste.

It is highly likable that you pay attention not only to the food, but also to the plates and the way it is presented. On the other hand, considering the price range, I think it would be better to have a perfect interior. Well, I like the expectations around here.

The CP for wine is roughly double, which is reasonable. I thought it would be a good idea to ask for a pairing the next time I visit.

I also agreed to the disclaimer before visiting, so I won't be able to comment on the staffing, but I would like to thank them for making it a happy time.

The following is for your reference.

Strict. The main fresh fish (grouper, I forgot) had too much espuma from the squid ink, so the flavor was lost along with the carrots. Even so, Tsurumurasaki, who insists on it, is a mismatch.

Ayu rouibe, avocado and horseradish sauce don't go well together. I ate lean tuna at another place, but it didn't go well with it, so I guess it goes well with the quality of the meat.

I think it's better not to put wine bottles, microphones, Daruma and cameras unless they are well displayed. A little excited.

Memorable experience. First of all the location, a little away from the frenzy of central Tokyo. As soon as we entered the restaurant we received a personalized and warm welcome. The dishes were delicious, we received a description for each of them from the chef himself and the service was impeccable. The food/wine pairing was perfect and we recommend it. We left more than satisfied and ate and drank food/wine that we didn't know. The quantities were adequate and the price is more than reasonable for a restaurant of this standard. It’s a magnificent tribute to French catering in Tokyo and I am personally flattered. Thanks to the whole team 🤩

I've been here about 5 times for birthday and Valentine's dinners, and 3 times for family New Year's parties. The food and wine are perfect. The bread is so delicious that I end up asking for more, but the food is also more filling than it looks, so if you're not careful, you'll end up feeling hungry by the end of the course.

I had the weekday lunch A course (2 appetizers, 1 main dish).

Hokkaido corn ice cream
Green onion vichyssoise, local chicken jelly
Deer and boar pie wrap
Omi beef from Shiga prefecture aged for 30 days, 13 types of herbal sauce, chili peppers from the Basque region, and Naruto Kintoki from Miyazaki prefecture
Pain Perdu A subtle scent of star anise, licorice caramel ice cream, honey and milk emulsion

It was my first time to eat aged meat, and the aroma was just amazing! 😊
Even if you don't chew it, just put it in your mouth and the aroma will spread (^^)
The accompanying Naruto Kintoki was also sweet and delicious!

Next time I'm going to take my family to eat 100-day aged meat 💪
