Since it's a special day, I wanted to eat cake, so I bought a cake set.
A reasonable price of 1,100 yen includes a cake of your choice and a drink of your choice from the showcase.
And all the cakes lined up are so attractive that I can't choose.
After spending a lot of time thinking about it.
I was drawn to the word ginger and decided on a cake called Revli.
Accompanied by a warm cafe au lait.
The cake has a beautiful 5-layer structure and looks like an art.
The colors aren't flashy though
The classic and sophisticated look is cool!
The bottom layer has a slight lime scent.
Moist almond biscuit.
On top of that is butter cream with a gentle ginger scent.
That was repeated twice
The top is like a sweet and rich jelly-like cream with a ginger flavor.
It's also fun to feel the texture of ginger in some places!
It's much sweeter than I expected thanks to the rich buttercream.

A western confectionery shop in Atre Yotsuya. The raspberry and chocolate cake was delicious. The popular cake is gone, but I'm happy that the whole cake remains until late. I am also happy that there is an eat-in space with an outlet.
