I went to La République in Tokyo Metro Monzennakacho by myself around 11:50 on weekdays♪
This is my third time here, and I've always been impressed by the soft-boiled omelet DX 1,500 yen (tax included), so this time I simply wanted to try the soft-boiled omelette rice♪
When I entered the store, this time there was a female part-time worker, and we were guided to a seat in the middle of the counter, and I sat down with my luggage hanging on a hook at my feet.
The BGM in the store was Western pop music, and the English version of Frozen was also playing.
The seats were filled one after another after 12:00, so it's a popular restaurant as expected♪
The woman next to me had a homemade beef hamburger for 1,100 yen (tax included), which looked pretty delicious, but I decided to stick to my initials and ordered a half-boiled omelette rice (half-boiled omelet with clams) for 1,000 yen (tax included) and a large serving for 100 yen (tax included)♪
Immediately, cold spoons, forks, and paper napkins are brought out, and then the salad is brought out♪
The salad is delicious with fresh lettuce and mizuna dressing.
And in about 10 minutes, the half-boiled omelet rice was brought out♪
On this day, we made a soy sauce-based dish with plenty of clams, scallops, seaweed, green onions, enoki mushrooms, and shimeji mushrooms, along with wasabi.First, we made slits in the half-boiled omelette rice with a fork and slowly spread it out.
Wow, it's half-cooked and perfectly cooked and spreads beautifully♪
This is amazing♪
Stir these together well, and I'm reminded once again that wasabi goes well with soy sauce.
It was salty with a lot of soy sauce, but the rice was mellow and delicious, and I finished it in no time.
The woman next to me was also looking at me with envy (^*^;)
The grass on the other side looks greener♪
Please note that this restaurant only accepts cash for lunch.
La Republique's half-boiled omelette rice is also delicious and highly recommended!

Two of us went to La République, which is about a 5-minute walk from Tokyo Metro Monzennakacho Station, around 11:40 on a weekday.
My friend found it on Tabelog and it looked delicious!
The location is along Kasaibashi Street, and nearby is the famous ramen restaurant Koukaibo, so there was a long line of people waiting to get in.
The store name is written in French in front of the store, so you can tell that it is a bistro.
Looks like it was founded in 2007.
When I told them that the two of us were there, we were shown to a table in the back♪
The interior of the store is bright and stylish, and the walls are made of slightly yellow diatomaceous earth in a Southern European style. It was a wall of
Upbeat Western music is playing in the store's BGM, and the lady is very efficient and gives directions.
It looks like your husband is a chef♪
There are 6 seats at the counter, 1 seat for 1 person, 1 seat for 2 people, 2 seats for 3 people, and 3 seats for 4 people.
Look at the lunch menu and order the following two items ♪
It is also great that the estimated time is written ♪
・Soft-boiled omelette DX 1,500 yen (tax included) (about 15 minutes)
・Confit of young chicken thigh with bone 1,100 yen (tax included) Choice of rice or bread. (about 10 to 15 minutes)
Also, soft drinks are 100 yen including tax, so I chose hot coffee and herbal tea after the meal♪
Then ice water is delivered to a transparent pot, and you can drink delicious water in a transparent glass♪
After about 15 minutes, the salad was brought out♪
The salad is made with fresh lettuce and mizuna, and is delicious with French dressing.
Then, the half-boiled omelette DX is delivered, and wow, this heaping portion of half-boiled omelette DX is more amazing than I imagined♪
It's already colorful and looks delicious!
It's amazing with white cheese, yellow fluffy eggs, green basil, and red tomatoes♪
When I put the knife in, there was a brown hamburger steak inside.
I had it right away, and the cheese and eggs were melty, the sourness of the tomato sauce, and the basil really worked, and it was exquisite!
Also, the hamburger steak is finely textured and delicious♪
This is the first time I've tasted such delicious half-boiled omelette steak, and I'm definitely going to visit again!
Also, the bone-in confit of young chicken thighs was more delicious than I expected, and best of all, the way the meat fell off the bone was amazing. The bone-in chicken was large, the outer skin was crispy, and the chicken inside was juicy and fatty. It was very soft and went well with the mustard and was quite delicious♪
This impressed me too!
We also had deep-fried white turnips, red carrots, green zucchini, black eggplant, and brown potatoes, which were all high-quality and delicious♪
Of course, the rice was moist and delicious♪
Then, hot coffee and chamomile herbal tea were brought to us in beautiful pure white bowls. After the meal, we enjoyed the rich, rich coffee and got excited about talking about how delicious the food was♪
Please note that payment for lunch can only be made in cash.
I highly recommend La République, where you can enjoy delicious bistro food in a bright and stylish interior!
