Le Coupe Chou

After relocating from Shinjuku, I finally made a reservation and came to the store. I received the 6,000 yen course. After all, everything is carefully made and delicious, but I think the cost performance is also good. Every time I wonder if it's homemade butter, I've never tasted it anywhere! It has a slightly sweet taste that is different from other stores.

This is the place my sister-in-law took me to as her favorite restaurant that she only takes people she cares about. Apparently this is a restaurant where you can't take reservations at all. Two of us ordered the B course and shared it. Whatever you eat, it's delicious. The bread is delicious, and the softness of the unsalted butter is irresistible. What impressed me the most was the sea urchin gratin! I think this is a gratin with the concentrated flavor of sea urchin that you can't eat anywhere else. We also offer an assortment of desserts,

About 1 minute from the A5 exit of Iidabashi Station on the Tokyo Metro Tozai Line, where the elevator is located.
From Iidabashi Station on the Oedo Line, you will need to walk for at least 10 minutes from the nearest ticket gate.

A reasonable French restaurant that was located at the west exit of Shinjuku has moved to Iidabashi after the coronavirus pandemic.

When the coronavirus started, many of the restaurants we used to go to closed down without being able to greet the staff, and that's just the way it is, so I'm glad that they've been revived and you can enjoy the nostalgic tastes and faces.

I called several times to make a reservation, but there were no seats available, so I was finally able to visit.

Naturally, the inside of the store is newer, brighter, and cleaner than before.

Although the number of seats has been reduced to 17, the chef and madam are still alive and well, and the chef in particular has been transformed into a healthy figure, so I can rest assured that the coupe choux is in good hands.

The value prix fixe menu and special butter remain the same, but the plates are new and cute.

Although it is a business district, it is open on Saturdays and Sundays, and the busiest time is Friday dinner, followed by Saturday dinner.
It may be easier to make reservations for Sunday dinner.

The store in Shinjuku was closed due to the coronavirus, but after waiting for about 2 years, it has reopened as a new store in Iidabashi!! ️
The best food prepared by the chef from the previous restaurant and the AI-san who always has a wonderful smile shine at the new restaurant.

I was satisfied when I heard that the meat had been changed to a higher quality one.
The red wine-braised beef steak is extremely tender and has a refined flavor that tells you the difference.

I was saddened to learn that Le Coupe Chou, which used to have two stores at the west exit of Shinjuku, has closed. However, one day when I searched for nostalgia, I found out that it had reopened in Iidabashi, so I went there. The restaurant is quite small in appearance, but in the kitchen behind the counter is the unmistakable head chef! I almost cried at the many delicious dishes served on nostalgic tableware (of course, the butter was still there). Mr. Maître, who was always at the main store, may no longer be there, but even with that in mind, I'm very satisfied.
