literally a hidden gem! every dish was beautifully perfect. the chef makes the most of ingredients. my husband and i will absolutely come back.

About 7 or 8 minutes walk from Futakotamagawa Station. It's a restaurant that has a great atmosphere even from the outside, and I've always talked about wanting to go there someday. This time I visited for dinner on an anniversary day on a weekday in October.
There were 3 groups of customers including us at one large wooden table. Although there are no partitions, I was able to enjoy my meal without worrying about the people around me.
Dinner is 8 courses. You can choose from three types of main meat dishes. When we visited,
・Charcoal grilled Naniwa black beef chestnut
・Japanese beef cheek braised in red wine
・Roasted lamb from Limousin, France
3 types. This time, I ordered the charcoal-grilled Naniwa black beef chestnut, which I had heard from my preliminary research that it has been a favorite of chefs since their days in Osaka.
The ingredients and menu are carefully selected from appetizers to each item. The meat was pasteurized by the chef, giving it a strong flavor and a soft yet satisfying dish.
The chef and staff were very friendly and we had a great time.
This is a store that you will want to visit again and again.

It was my first time visiting.
There were only 4 groups in the shop when we visited, but it had a nice, quiet atmosphere.
Each dish was delicious. Also, the glass of wine was delicious and depending on the timing, the chef himself would come out and explain the food and wine.
The dishes seem to change every month, so it's a restaurant I'd like to visit again.

I had the omakase dinner course.
The overall quality was high, and the ultra-thin prosciutto and kueh dishes were particularly impressive.

Maeshiba Restaurant used to be active in Osaka. I moved to Tokyo and visited this store for the first time.

Just like in Osaka, there are many wonderful dishes.

Although it's a little far from the city center, it doesn't disappoint even if you make the effort to visit.

Among the dishes, I think the recommended dish is Naniwa Kuro Beef.

The atmosphere, the food, the service. I was very satisfied with everything and had a great time.

It's going to be a difficult restaurant to make reservations for.
