I rarely give perfect scores, but this one is perfect.
There are many high-quality independent shops along the Hatanodai Station tracks, which I am very grateful for.
For the food and other details, please refer to other comments, but it's a valuable restaurant that you won't be disappointed if you try it, but you'll be missing out if you don't go.
Everything was delicious, but the black truffle omelette was too delicious. Thank you for the meal.

Wow, there was such a delicious French bistro in Hatanodai! ! I was surprised. It's so delicious. It costs about 8,000 yen per person, but it's worth it. It's very good. Especially the warabi and Spanish mackerel tempura that came out first? Yummy lol Also, the popular conger eel menu is really delicious. The terrine platter is delicious, the orange wine, pudding, brûlée, salted caramel ice cream are delicious, and the cappuccino is also the best. It's really high level. If this place were in Aoyama, wouldn't it cost 15,000-20,000 yen per person? ? ?

A French restaurant that was created about 3 years ago.
The seasoning and pasteurization of the food is very careful, and the custom-made pasta ordered from Awaji Island is chewy and delicious.
The vegetables in the salads and garnishes are carefully selected, so they are delicious without any unpleasant taste or texture.
There are a variety of natural wines available.
It's especially fun because there are various orange glasses.
The owner/chef worked for 7 years at Blue Brick Lounge, run by Yokumoku, and his sweets are delicious. Eat pudding, pudding.
He also has experience participating in the Western food section at the 2016 Ise-Shima Summit. I was surprised that most of the recent summits were invited.
