Mercer Brunch Roppongi

Mercer Brunch exceeded our expectations from the moment we stepped in. My wife and I were greeted warmly and seated in the midst of a chic yet relaxed ambiance. As we perused the menu, we were intrigued by the fusion of New York-style brunch with West Coast influences.

For starters, my wife opted for the Salmon Tartar, a dish bursting with freshness and flavor. The Avocado & Poached Egg with Dill Sauce she chose was a delightful combination of creamy avocado, perfectly poached egg, and subtle dill undertones. Each bite was a symphony of taste and texture.

I, on the other hand, couldn't resist the allure of Buttermilk Fried Chicken with Eggs over easy. The chicken was expertly fried to golden perfection, with tender meat encased in a crispy coating. Paired with eggs cooked just right, it was a hearty and satisfying dish that left me craving more.

To complement our brunch, we indulged in champagne, as suggested by the ambiance and the spirit of the occasion. The effervescence of the champagne elevated our meal, adding a touch of luxury to an already unforgettable experience.

French toast was perfectly soft and sweet.
The fried chicken plate was chicken breast but was still super flavorful and tender. The eggs were delicious and whatever sauce they put on the chicken brought the whole dish together.

First time visitor. Enjoyed the food especially brioche french toast. Salmon with eggs was good. However the fried chicken was burnt. Didn't like the taste. Might visit again for French toast.
