The Hamburg with 4 kinds of cheese was really delicious! We also had the grilled mushrooms which were also great! Place feels cozy, didnt need to wait for a table. Friendly service and great value for price

The most impressive meal we’ve had in Japan so far! Worth every penny. Our group had made a trip out to Nikko for the temples and were craving Waygu steak. There are options to get multi-course meals here which are actually such a steal. I got Meal A (~42 USD$) which was 150g of sirloin steak, an appetizer of smoked salmon, mushroom soup, a salad and a sorbet/cheesecake dessert. Every single course was insanely good and well-presented. Must-visit family run joint if you’re ever in town. It’s a bit of a hole-in-the-wall atmosphere but that’s when you know the food slaps.

Just a simple Sirloin steak. It was served with such care. The first taste would win you over. A very cosy place on early Dec morning.
Do check it out when you are in Nikko. I came on a Thursday and it was closed. Came back on Friday to give it a try. No regrets.

Delightfully delicious! There was not a dish in this menu set that I didn’t fully enjoy. From the appetizer to the dessert, everything was spot on. My 4yo cleaned her soup bowl and ate half a 120g tenderloin steak. The cheesecake and especially chocolate pudding dessert were spoon licking good. We will definitely be back if we are ever in the area again.

We ordered the Tochigi Beef set. Service was great. When the steak arrived on a hot plate, the staff even placed a paper sheet on the food to prevent the oil splattering - even though we had disposable aprons on. I upgraded my soup to the maitake soup to try something different .if I have the chance to visit Nikko again, I will try their hamburg!
