A refined, tasteful, and mature dessert experience - probably the best way to eat soft serve that I can imagine.

The actual ice cream is so delicious, with that inimitable Hokkaido milk flavour. Then, the liqueur is brought out and the experience gets cranked up to the maximum. Pouring the drinks over the soft serve is fun and makes you feel like a dessert scientist as you combine everything hunting for the perfect mixture. Many side dishes, tiny coffee and cookies at the end, and an outrageous liqueur selection make this a place that I’m certain has tons of revisit value. English instructions are clear and easy to understand so we got to eat everything as intended. A must try!

This cosy French interior styled ice cream bar was an amazing delectable experience. The Hokkaido soft serve ice cream is absolutely delicious and combined with the liquor you choose becomes such a perfect match. It is such an innovative experience for the taste buds. There are so many liquor to choose from so we asked for their recommendations. Each of the suggestions tasted delicious so I don't think you can go wrong with any of their offerings. They have English menus and offer complimentary ice cream refill. Enter the New Hokusei building from the main street and it's on the 6th Floor.
