The ¥8000 tasting course here barely puts a foot wrong, and is luxuriously served over about 3 hours. A spiced beef noodle dish was my highlight, though the cheese course was also perfect, and the dessert of Sakura ice cream with a mint sauce seemed an improbable combination but worked incredibly well for me.

Fantastic refined Chinese (sichuan/canton), cooked medicinally. Not doubt it's the best Tantanmen (hot, cold or dry) and among the bests Mabo Dofu in town.
