Minebaru, a Spanish restaurant originally located in Shinsen, is now in its third form in Maruyama Town. The 1st floor is a bar and the 2nd floor is a restaurant.

This time, we had a course at the restaurant on the 2nd floor, pairing sherry and Spanish wine recommended by Chef Mine.

① Carrot crema and bacalao espuma double layer soup
② Foie gras cream sandwich with cardamom scent
③Clam cooked under reduced pressure with butterbur and sherry vinegar dressing

⑤ Salmon pudding with abalone and scallop salpicon
⑥Ezo deer pie
⑦Oyster and Spanish mackerel paella

Pairings that started with sparkling wines, I've never tried them before, but all of the sherry wines are delicious...When paired with food, the aroma and taste become even richer and more enjoyable.

The first photo is Minebaru's standard salmon pudding, which is delicious no matter when you eat it.
I really liked the decompression cooking of clams that I had for the first time this time.

After eating the Ezo deer pie and eating the paella, I was full.

This course, which comes with a pairing, is a great deal at 15,000 yen. The atmosphere of the restaurant is very nice, so I think it can be used for dinner parties.

I got moderately drunk with sherry and left the restaurant feeling good. Thank you for the meal.

The Michelin-listed Spanish bar in Shinsen has been relocated, and the second floor has been renovated as a restaurant where you can enjoy the same carefully selected courses as before, and the first floor is a restaurant where you can enjoy reasonably priced dishes.
Today I had the paella lunch course for the first time on a Saturday and Sunday.

The homemade ham is delicious, but the homemade bread that comes with it is also really delicious and I always ask for a second helping.

The paella, created by the owner and chef Mine, is so delicious that you wonder how the flavor of the seafood can be condensed so richly! This is a store that you will want to visit regularly.
