"A Baumkuchen shop that's perfect for souvenirs"
I used it for tea time on weekdays and was able to enter the store smoothly.
I get the impression that there are more take-outs than eat-ins.
They are also sold individually and in boxes, making them perfect as souvenirs.
There are many variations, from soft ones to slightly harder Baumkuchen.
The inside of the store is made of glass, and you can see the Baumkuchen being baked from outside, and the sweet and pleasant aroma surrounds you.
There is a Baum cake in the showcase.
Baumkuchen is made with fruit and matching cream, and it looks good.
Best of all, it's delicious.
The staff also carefully explained the cake to me.
The cafe space has 4 seats (2 people), and you can eat in. The coffee is also particular about the siphon type.
You'll want to enjoy fruits that change with the seasons.
This is a store I definitely want to visit again.

It's been a long time since I had Sunday off.
My first siphon coffee in my life.
specialty coffee
I got Colombia.
Honey I have never heard of the process.
It's a surprising day full of things I don't know.
The medium-light roasted Colombian had a richer feel than the regular light roast, and I was satisfied with one cup.
Is this due to roasting?
Is it a feature of extraction called siphon?
I'll study hard lol
ps. Shine Muscat's cake was so delicious that I bought it as a souvenir!
