The pizza at this restaurant is extremely delicious.
The tomato sauce is fresh, sweet, and goes well with the cheese and is very delicious.
The pizza dough is chewy, the ears are nicely charred, and the flavor is great.
You can see them rolling out pizza dough in the kitchen.

This is a store I would like to visit again.
Cicinieri (cheese-based pizza with whitebait and clams) was delicious.

The other day, I remembered a pizza chef saying on TV that using a lot of seafood doesn't necessarily make for a delicious seafood pizza.
It was a simple but delicious seafood pizza with whitebait and clams.
I measured the size with my finger and it was about 23-24cm. Still, if I eat it alone, my stomach feels just right.

It wasn't spicy at all, and the chili pepper flavor was soft and went well with the cicinieri. Half of the pizza was drizzled with picante oil. People who seek spiciness may not find it spicy, but I really liked it.
Although the appetizers in the lunch set were small, all three of them were delicious. Also, the dressing on the green salad, which was different from the appetizer, was something I had never tried before, and it had a foam-like texture and was delicious.
I like sweet things so I ordered tiramisu from Dolce.
Is the size a little larger than normal? It was a dense, sponge cake-type tiramisu that was delicious.
The meringue sweets that came with it were also nice and tasted good as well.
I'm also happy that they have a full Dolce menu.
Next time I would like to try Catalana or Chocolate Mousse. For pizza, I fell in love with Cicinieri.
It was a bit of an exciting lunch, but it was a satisfying one.

I was also happy that they provided plenty of water in bottles. At delicious restaurants, the water is also delicious.
