New Modern Chinese Cina Ebisu Head Office

As a southern Chinese I have to say the meals here were very authentic and interesting. They even made entries thoroughly and creatively. The waiter who can speak English served us very nice. I think it’s a great place to try authentic Chinese dishes and we’re planning to treat our friends here in future.

Amazing find hidden up the hill behind Ebisu Station. Creative and modern chinese cuisine, in small portions to be shared like Tapas, not too spicy, not too oily, perfect to enjoy with wine ! Too bad the wine menu is really short, this restaurant would benefit from having a real sommelier. 6000 JPY was a great deal considering the variety of the dishes and the quantity. I will definitely come back here again soon to try the other menus.

Very elegant interior and nice place for a lunch date with the lunch course they offer. For dinner, it’s probably better to go out as a group. CINA is more of a modern fusion Chinese dining than your traditional Chinese restaurant. The tan tan noodle was very good especially considering the price around US$13. The sweet and sour was good, too. I’ll definitely be going back again to try out their whole lunch menu. You won’t find this quality at this price.
