No.18 Hamburger

It’s a Popular hamburger shop and there is always waiting line. But sometimes you can get seat without waiting on weekday’s midday. My favourite point is their hamburger bun is crispy on the outside and you can choose how well meat is done.

This was an excellent place with a fantastic range of delicious burgers, fantastic service and was exceptionally clean. Watching these guys at work was a pleasure. I have never seen an avocado cut with such precision and professionalism. Seriously, make sure you watch how the chef does it. The burger itself is generally served medium rare and was just the right size to leave you feeling full but not too full. They use a citrus sauce on the bottom to cut through the cut through the fat which is a great idea. The beef pattie was great and the bun was one of the best I've had. Great place and an absolute recommendation.

Nicely made burger. Some places build giant burgers that are impossible to bite into, but this one has a good bun / patty / salad ratio. Buns are excellent. Patty is tasty but a little lean & dry for my taste, would like a higher fat content. Not sure about the sweet mustard sauce they use, would like it as an optional condiment. Fries are crispy and hot! All in all good value and a tasty burger. Friendly service as is to be expected. Worth a return visit to sample more of the menu.
