This is a Western confectionery store on the basement floor of the Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi main store.
There was a long line around 3pm, so I gave up and went shopping on another floor and had tea at a cafe, then stopped by after 6pm and found it empty.
The other baked goods were sold out, but I had the financier left, so I bought a freshly baked financier and a long-lasting financier.
The financiers at this shop are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. When you eat it, the scent of butter spreads, and it is very sweet and delicious. The next day, I baked it in the toaster oven, being careful not to burn it, and then ate it. The toasted financier was also fragrant and delicious.
