If you're a fan of seafood, the oysters are an absolute must-try. They were incredibly fresh and their taste was nothing short of remarkable. The oysters were served with utmost care, ensuring that their natural flavors were preserved.

Also, the staff were a true delight. From the moment I stepped foot in the restaurant, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The waitstaff were not only attentive but also incredibly friendly, making me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my dining experience.

Furthermore, I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and tidiness of the restaurant's restroom. It was evident that the management takes great pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.

All outstanding dishes among our mains and appetizers tonight. Super impressed. Main menu had very original and interesting dishes that surprised us, many of the dishes ( eg. Tartare and soft shell crab, duck breast salad) combined flavours and ingredients that were unexpected and delicious . The crumbed oysters were *very* sizable with light crunch. There is a recommended chef menu but I would recommend ordering from the main menu which is hidden within the drinks menu. This had a much wider selection of great dishes, pastas and appetizers.

The selection of oysters was impressive, with 17 varieties hailing from Japan and one from the USA. Each oyster was a testament to the restaurant's commitment to freshness and quality. The flavors were exquisite, leaving us craving more. The staff's attention to detail and hospitality added to the overall charm of the place. Whether you're a seafood enthusiast or simply looking for a memorable dining experience, Ostera Oyster Bar is a must-visit destination in Roppongi. Prepare to be delighted by their culinary delights and impeccable service.

Hands down the freshest oysters I've ever had! For only ¥3000 to enjoy half a dozen, it's a bargain. The restaurant seems to specialize in Japanese oysters, many varieties that I have never tried before, and tends to offer quite a few options. There were 12 different varieties of oysters available during this visit. The wine list is well curated, staff is knowledgeable, and overall service was great. Thoroughly enjoyed my experience at this restaurant.

This place should definitely have 5 stars! The food was great. The service was fast and friendly. Our waiter made great recommendations during our dining experience! I highly recommend this place for a nice dimmer spot.
