Great place to enjoy hot tea and the most gourmet delicious pastries in Tokyo

I had some business to do in Shinjuku, so I went to visit the 100 famous stores in Shinjuku. The first place I visited was a patisserie. This is a sweets shop located on the basement floor of Shinjuku Takashimaya.

What's interesting is that they have sweets from famous stores, and you can buy sweets from many different stores. This shop has been selected as one of the 2023 Tabelog Sweets 100 Famous Shops.

I chose cream puffs from the sweets in the showcase. Patisserie Tadashiyanagi's choux à la crème.

The cream puffs are beautifully round and the choux pastry is firm and fragrant. The custard cream with vanilla beans has the right consistency and the flavor of eggs is delicious.
