The white bread is worth it's storied reputation. Slightly crusty on the outside, but pillowy soft on the inside, it goes very well with almost anything! I especially like to dip it in homemade chicken curry as the bread will soak up any gravy easily, without the structure going flat like lesser bread elsewhere.
