I checked on a map and made up my mind to visit here today. It was a good thing that I decided to walk there, but when I got there, there was a line... I was glad that it took me about 20 minutes to get in, but maybe they need to be a little more consideration.
They informed me that the one-plate lunch I was aiming for was not available, or perhaps not available on weekends, so I changed to a salad lunch. When the salad came out, I was surprised at how big it was. Additionally, five different kinds of bread came with the salad, which surprised me twice! It was enough to satisfy even a man.
The staff at the cash register was very friendly, and another staff who brought me the salad explained to me what was in it one by one in detail.
Yet, the first reason I deducted one star is that I thought it was a little inefficient. Wouldn't it be more efficient to separate the lines for customers who go inside the cafe and those who purchase bread to go only? Most of the long line was made up of customers who came to buy bread and left right away. It is inefficient for both customers and the store to have to wait when the café space inside is almost empty. There is room for improvement because rainy days affect the store as well.
I liked the eat-in space in the back, which had a different look from the bakery space.
The other thing is that my ears felt strange as soon as I entered, probably due to the airtightness of the store. The feeling of being in a high-speed elevator was happening as the doors opened and closed, so it was not a relaxing dining experience, at least for me.
Otherwise, as you can see, the restroom was clean and neat, and everyone was smiling and enjoying their work, which made it enjoyable for me.
I will be back again often with friends.
