I stumbled across it accidentally during new year holidays. And I'm so glad I did Best pasta I have ever had. They customized it to be vegetarian.

The portions are a bit small so request to make your pasta bigger.

While looking for a place to have lunch in Sangenjaya, I happened to come across this restaurant and decided to try it. From the outside, it looked like it had a nice atmosphere, and when I actually went inside, it was a wonderful space that did not disappoint. What was particularly impressive was the wide variety of alcoholic beverages available. With a wide variety of wines to choose from, this store is a must-see for wine lovers. Another recommended dish is the fig butter, which is a must-try dish. It is characterized by its exquisite sweetness and creamy texture, and once you try it, you will never forget it. Also, the staff's service was very kind and I was able to spend a comfortable time there. I would like to visit this restaurant again next time and try other menu items.

On this day, my partner and I went to Re.TOSCANA, a wine restaurant overlooking the Ginza shopping district, to eat pasta.

The store is a relatively small space with 8 counter seats in the front and 2 table seats in the back. The counter in front of the kitchen is made of wood and has a smart atmosphere in the concrete-like interior.

I ordered the following from the lunch menu, which is only available on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays!

Pesticide-free farm salad + drink set (¥530)

I was surprised at how thick the grape juice was.
I was surprised that the meat sauce looked pure white, but since the pasta had a cheese flavor, I ate it with just the pasta first, and then stirred it up as there was meat sauce underneath. The pasta was chewy and the meat sauce had a nice amount of minced meat.
The fried eggplant arrabbiata was also delicious with a sour and refreshing sauce and a spicy aftertaste.

Recommended for everyone who wants to eat delicious pasta easily!

Beautiful presentation, creative and flavorful dish, delicious. Wine goes well too. (2nd photo) First of all, you can eat it with butter. A very popular restaurant that my friend frequents. I was lucky that there was a table in the back that seated four people. Refreshing service and an overall attractive store. However, the store is small and compact. I have a coat on at this time of year, so going to the bathroom is a little difficult, but other than that, it's perfect. A couple might have a good balance at the counter. Thank you very much for the wonderful Sancha night.

The liver pate was delicious.
The sparkling service was a bit disappointing, but it was a nice touch.
Since the store is small, there is a slight oil smell on the clothes.
