When I first entered, each table was set with a tablecloth, a knife, and a hawk, so I thought it was a formal place, but it was more casual.

There is no a la carte menu, but instead you choose from three courses.

We ordered the chef's choice course (11,000 yen), toasted with sparkling wine, and nibbled on some grissini to get things off to a good start.

And of course, ``The snack tart is elaborate and cute, and the taste is exquisite.

And the ``cold yellowtail, radicchio, and karasumi salad'' had no fishy smell at all, and the excess fat had been removed, so it was also exquisite.

Needless to say, the homemade Karasumi is absolutely delicious.

What I would like to especially mention is the ``Hitokochi Soup.''

This is a sorbet made from vichyssoise, similar to ice cream, and caviar is added on top, making it look fun.
The chef does such a great job that there is no other production that is as sophisticated as this one.

For the main dish, I chose Grilled Ezo Deer Loin with Aged Black Garlic Sauce.

By choosing the same meat at one table, we were able to grill it thoroughly and enjoy more delicious food.

The food that came out didn't have any odor, and the work was done well, and even though it was cooked through, the meat had a beautiful, bright color.

Needless to say, the taste is exquisite.

The mom was friendly, and the customer service was so fun that the explanations of the dishes were exciting.

For two people, we had 2 glasses of bubbles, 2 glasses of white, and 5 glasses of red, and the bill was 34,300 yen including tax.

I had a refill of the baguette and grissini, but it didn't seem to be included in the bill.

Definitely recommended.

Although it is reasonably priced, the taste is authentic. It is a multi-purpose restaurant where you can enjoy freshly cut raw ham and drinks like a bar at the spacious counter in front of the open kitchen. This is a perfect city ristorante where every dish brings out the flavor of the ingredients. Reservations are required!

Cornice is a store that I don't want to tell anyone about, but I want others to spend their precious time with. This shop, run by a lovely couple, is located in a quiet residential area of ​​Midorigaoka.

For over 20 years, this Italian restaurant has continued to entertain regulars who live nearby, including my parents. The wine that the wife chooses goes perfectly with the course and you can't go wrong (according to my father and partner who are wine lovers).
There are three course menus ranging from 6,600 yen to 11,000 yen. I can't help but come back for adult Italian food that satisfies both my stomach and soul...

For first-timers, weekdays are the best time to go, and the lunch is delicious, but be sure to make a reservation.

An Italian restaurant located right next to Midorigaoka Station. It opened a long time ago, and I've been there once before. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, several restaurants around Jiyugaoka that were owned by family members were forced to close, but this one seems to have survived.
The prices are reasonable, and given the location of Midorigaoka, it's not cheap, but I don't think it's expensive either.
Of course, chefs place great importance on taste, but you can see from their dishes that they place a high value on aroma.
To be honest, running a business with a husband and wife team and not employing any employees is the best way to maintain longevity.
The location near the station is also an advantage, so I think it's perfect for those who want to enjoy a slightly more stylish meal.
I felt that if I put a little more effort into the dessert, it would be more popular with women.
There is no dedicated parking lot. Although the store is not specifically designed for people with disabilities, it is possible to enter the store since it is on the first floor.

We definitely recommend the 6,000 yen chef's choice course with authentic Italian training. You can enjoy high-quality Italian food without having to go to the city center. Reservations are essential as the owner/chef prepares all the necessary ingredients in advance.
If you are a gourmet who is confident in your palate and want to taste wine in style, this is a place you should visit at least once. In particular, when it comes to wine, it's a good idea to have the chef choose a wine that goes well with the dish, rather than a major brand.
A hideaway where families, couples, close friends, and women who are picky about food can enjoy a serious meal.
There are not many coin parking nearby, so it is difficult for those who drive their own cars. It is only a 30 second walk from Midorigaoka Station on the Tokyu Oimachi Line, so we recommend taking the train.
