I visited for lunch on a public holiday.
This is a restaurant that was renovated from an old folk house, and has a spacious space where Japanese people can relax.
However, people who go there for the first time may be surprised as it is difficult to understand.
There aren't that many seats inside the store. And it seems that lunch is probably only one rotation.
We always ask for a full course meal, but they will confirm your allergies, likes, dislikes, etc. at the time of reservation.
As you can easily tell when you go, the customer service is amazing. They pay close attention to detail and always explain the dishes.
Of course, all the dishes are very delicious!!
Since it's such a nice shop, the restrooms are also clean.
It's a perfect restaurant.
The only disappointing thing is that I have no idea the price of the drinks. Poor people like me get a little scared when we don't know how much a drink costs, and we get nervous when we look at the bill.
It seems like they have cheap lunches on weekdays, so I would like to go there for lunch on weekdays at least once.

From the time I made the reservation, the customer service and food were excellent.
We have rare alcohol items that can only be obtained here in Japan 🥂
The amuse and risotto were especially delicious and I would like to visit again.
