An unexpected gem with fabulous service! Very accommodating and kind to our hungry, mostly English speaking crew. Very reasonable prices for a delicious late night meal.

I watched Samaz on YouTube. Before 11:30 on weekdays. There were about 2 customers in front. The atmosphere of the restaurant was a little different from the impression in the video, but...the grilled carbonara was delicious!

I'm pretty full!
By the time I left (just before 12pm), the place was full.

Visited around 11:30 on weekdays in December 2023. There are 10 customers in the restaurant, which can seat 18 people all at the counter. I bought an average size of soy sauce clams for 750 yen from a ticket vending machine and waited for about 6 minutes before my spa was served. The smell of butter and soy sauce wafts up, and the faint scent of garlic stimulates your appetite. When you eat it, you will be gradually overwhelmed by the Japanese flavor with its mellow saltiness. The chewy and chewy pasta is stir-fried until it's charred in places, which gives off a strange aroma that whets the appetite. I'm glad that there are plenty of clams in the topping. It's very simple with only onions and komatsuna. This simplicity is designed to bring out the flavor of the pasta. The amount of noodles listed for a regular serving is 350g (after boiling), which is more than enough volume for me. It got pretty tough towards the end, but the subdued seasoning was exquisite and I was able to keep eating until the end without getting bored.

Romespa.
I first encountered these words at Bono Bono, which is located under the JR elevated railway between Tokyo Station and Kanda Station. Romespa wants you to enjoy the taste of eating soba noodles on the street.
I learned that Balboa, which is said to be its representative store, was nearby, so I went there. Because I always search for ramen, I end up noticing it until a long time later.
This place has a counter and tables, and the capacity is quite large. However, the unpretentious atmosphere is just like Romespa.

Another day.
Today is mentaiko spa. With a special portion.
Mentaiko hits the ceiling! I'm riding it. If you go a little further, you'll end up with a raw lump left behind. If you keep going, the ending will be sad. Your ability to allocate will be tested.
In contrast to Mr. Hungry's sprinkled fire type on the 1st floor of the Kasumigaseki Building. Enjoy the mentaiko till the end and enjoy the meal.
Next time I'll try doing a limited time offer within the deadline.

Another day.
The correct answer is to have a large portion of Bokkake Spa.

First visit.
Clam soy sauce. good. It will cost a certain amount of money to be satisfied, but considering the price situation around here, there is nothing you can do about it.
I'm happy to have found two other good pasta restaurants along with Pastaya in Nishi-Shinbashi. I would like to try both of the other menu items as well.
