Saishin

The other day I went to Asian restaurant Saishin in Ningyocho.
I've bought chili oil here before for takeout, but this is my first time eating it inside the store.
I would like some dandan noodles for the energetic mom who was chuckling.
As I waited, admiring the mom's quick movements and shouting, water, towels, and pickled greens arrived on a tray. And a bowl of Dandan noodles. Hya~ Dandan noodles that aren’t red (≧∇≦)
The smooth, milky soup is light and has a rich sesame flavor. I've only eaten rich tandan noodles, but I think I'll get addicted to this light tandan noodles. The noodles have a good texture, and the minced meat and green onions are also abundant. The soup is also plentiful. Add some homemade chili oil to it! The spiciness and umami are so delicious that you can adjust the spiciness to your own taste. Even if you eat it as is, it's delicious! I put it on noodles and ate it! (๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)!
Caixin is a heat-resistant vegetable that became popular in China, but it is said to have originated in Europe. It is said to be an indispensable vegetable for Chinese cuisine, where the spiky stems and flowers are eaten. Mama, please pay the bill while feeling the romance of choy, which originated in Europe and became popular in China during the Tang Dynasty, becoming a Chinese vegetable. Also, when I wanted to eat steamed chicken and went there before 12:00 on weekdays, there was a wait of 2 people. A young man who seemed to be a regular lined up behind me.
Then, the owner's wife took the order first and said, ``Steamed chicken!'' which made me wonder.

When it was my turn to sit down first, I ordered steamed chicken, and the cold reply was, It's done. The people around me were also surprised.
This is a store where something like this happens every time.
When I ordered hiyashi chuka on a hot summer day, I was asked to change the sesame sauce to soy sauce, saying, ``I recommend soy sauce!'' The people (men) who ordered hiyashi chuka later were all served with sesame sauce.
He is a customer service person who is kind to men, but has a strong attitude towards women.

I received the recommended menu item, steamed chicken. The ginger-salt sauce is just delicious! The steamed chicken is tender and juicy, and the portions are plentiful. Did you cut the amount of rice in half? I'm full.
Now 900 yen is worth it.
Personally, I am using disposable containers as a precaution against the coronavirus.

Since the start of the coronavirus pandemic, the owner has not eaten with his family and is always wearing a mask even inside the house, so I can forgive him! Good luck!

I used to go to the store once a long time ago, but my favorite is basically the chili oil that you can take home. I like spicy food, so I use it just as I eat it, but it's so spicy that if you don't like spicy food, a small amount is enough. Is it a specialty that is placed on each table in the store? I enjoy using it on top of tantan noodles and dumplings. After doing some research, I found out that it is already recognized as a restaurant that sells the ``originally delicious chili oil.'' It has been introduced on various TV programs such as Arashi ni Shiyagare.
I don't know if it's true or not, or if it's officially recognized, but Momoya's head office is in Suitengu, so it's relatively nearby, so Momoya's employees eat this chili oil inspired by Saishin's chili oil. It is said that he commercialized chili oil and made it known to the world.
Well, is this a story worth believing in? Anyway, it has a very interesting texture with plenty of crunchy fried garlic. It was about 600 yen each to take home. If you like spicy food, give it a try.

Stir-fried rice noodles at Naishin in Ningyocho. This is my favorite flavor.

The mapo tofu and dandan noodles are also delicious here. It is said to be the birthplace of edible chili oil. When you sit down at the table, the strong style remains, with the chili oil and rice that come with every dish by default.

The rice noodles here are kind of glossy, and I like how they go down my throat. It is best to eat it generously with plenty of chili oil.

Containers for side dishes such as rice and zha cai have been changed to disposable ones, but the proprietress apparently hurt her wrist. I think there are people who like and dislike containers, but there are circumstances, so let's watch them with an open eye.

I had heard that the braised pork belly was delicious, so I ordered the braised pork set meal.
By default, a small bottle of edible chili oil is also provided.
We sell small portions of edible chili oil, and many customers come to buy just that while they're eating!

The spiciness of chili oil and the aroma of fried garlic will make you addicted! Naturally, I bought one and took it home.
The kakuni is thick and creamy, without the star anise smell typical of Chinese restaurants, and has a sweet taste that goes well with rice.
I wonder if the food was also attentive to me?
It suddenly became a big serving ^ ^
