When we got to the café (Sunday afternoon), it was relatively crowded (I'm guessing that's the norm) but instead of waiting in a regular queue, you get to put down a reservation, draw a number and walk around in the mall a little while longer until a table is ready for you (the wait on the weekend is about 30-40 minutes).
The parfaits are definitely the main attraction of the café and the selection seems to vary from season to season. They're indeed very beautiful and made with a lot of details - they're almost too pretty to eat! 笑
I was a little suspicious at first if the many different flavors and textures would pair well with each other, however, everything came together beautifully. I enjoyed every bite!
The many details and perfect looks of course come with a price that is quite high and something I personally would only pay for at a special occasion - there's a possibility to take the parfaits to-go, which will lower the price, however, I think the nice atmosphere of the place and arrangement of everything make it worthwhile.

Excellent quality cakes, fruits, and teas.
If you want one of their beautiful parfaits, you have to queue for at least one hour. But if you want the cake buffet (all the cakes you can eat), you can reserve in advance.
The cake buffet is ¥4000. You choose a tea 🫖 and a vegetable smoothie first, and then they serce you a first dish with their suggestions. You can get hot water to refill your tea, but if you want any other tea you need to pay extra.
Then, you can order at your table any extra cakes you want, from a selection of 16 cakes. Check the PDF in their website. There are two savory options (crackers with salmon & avocado, and prosciutto ham & cheese).
My personal recommendation is the yuzu mousse cake.
The peach tea was also excellent. I was afraid that it was going to be too sweet & strong, as many other peach teas I’ve tried, but the peach flavour was quite subtle & elegant. It goes well with the cakes.
You have 1 hour for the buffet, and 90 minutes in total at your table before you are asked to leave.
