At Sunday lunch, I ordered an adult lunch (one plate) for ¥2,500.
For pasta, I chose carbonara.
Bread and drinks are placed casually on the table. The glass of wine was cheap, but I was surprised that the amount was small (about 50ml) and it was served in a glass.
After a while, a plate is brought to you and they carefully explain each item one by one. He spoke a little fast and read out a manual.
The volume is small, and it's like this in this place and at this price. The taste was also normal. The restaurant has been listed in the Michelin star for several years in a row.

I started with an assortment of six appetizers, but half of them were too salty for drinkers. The smoked salmon and liver pate were delicious. Since it was my first visit, I asked the staff about the popular menu, and she told me about the homemade ham, which I really liked because it had a nice peppery flavor.

The additional salsiccia I ordered was delicious, along with the celery and carrots that came with it, but although the roasted venison I ordered as a main dish was recommended, I was disappointed that it was dry, perhaps because it was a different meat.

He recommended wine, but it didn't really appeal to me.

From the moment I entered the store, it was so hot that the customer in front of me was eating in just a T-shirt, and I told them that it was hot, but they didn't really change the room temperature. I think it's okay for the staff to wear light clothing, like a shirt, but I feel that the room temperature has a big impact on the food.

This is the store where I thought it would be possible to get a Bib Gourmand at this level.

Overall, it was very flavorful and delicious. (It has a distinctly salty taste.) It was the first time I had a delicious carbonara that didn't use fresh cream and had the salty taste of the salsiccia.

When we went, there was only one type of wine by the glass, which I thought was a shame. There were times when I thought the customer service of the female hall staff was a bit off-putting (I think the customer service is different in shops in this price range, so it's just a matter of compatibility), but if I come to the Kinshicho area again, I would like to ask you.

It was an impressive dinner, starting with the homemade mortadella and ending with the bistecca.
Even though pigs cannot be imported from Italy, the mortadella was made by hand.
If you pay attention to it, it's really delicious!
It's more flavorful than the authentic pink one, and you'll definitely need a refill.

Trippa and lampredotto make you want to sandwich it between breads, the caponata has a strong flavor, and the scallops have a good amount of acidity, which goes perfectly with the acidity of the Chianti Montalbano.

The seafood tagliatelle also combines the chewiness of the pasta with the flavor of the sea so well that you'll want to soak up the juices on a pillow! The scampi is also plump and the best!

At the end, in front of the T-bone that stood like a tower, the beautiful pink meat was soaked up with salt, Pepe, and oil, and the meat was scraped off the bones, and at the end, espresso was poured in a cute cup and Finito!

Wow, it's been a while since I ate it!
I don't drink foam or white, but I don't mind the absence of red in Tuscan cuisine as long as I drink it well.

We had a wonderful time enjoying the Italian cuisine of the chef and the cameraiera.
