Very good sourdough bread, pity we went early in the morning and the French onion soup was only available in the afternoon.
Owner doesn’t speak English by the way; but we were still able to order!
Place has rustic, laid back vibe that’s different from the bustle of Tokyo.

Best sour dough bread in Tokyo, hands down. Wood fired, sour, with a crust that is both chewy and crisp. This is the type of bread that people used to sell by the weight. I'm a happy we found this place, and it makes me happy when I get the opportunity to pick up a loaf from here and take it home for the weekend.

The owner's passion for bread is extremely high. That makes the taste of bread something very special. It's pretty unique location to bake bread with stone oven in Tokyo. :))
