This is a good cafe and restaurant in Tokyu Bay Hotel. That is connected to the mall area and subway called “Minatomirai line” so you can get in under roof. You can see great view of a Ferris wheel from the large window. It’s so beautiful! The atmosphere of the cafe is very nice so you can relax so much! I had a afternoon tea menu. It was good price and I was full!! I could order various kind of tea. All you can drink menu(only tea and coffee). I highly recommend you to come here for great tea and desserts!!

Highly recommend the Sakura afternoon tea. For an extra 500yen, you get to add an original cake. Loved the wide selection of teas that they have and the overall atmosphere. The service was very good too.

Nice lunch plat for a reasonable price. They give us free refills for the drink which is a bonus! The view is amazing and the service is wonderful. Highly recommended.
