I dined at the restaurant back in 2009 on a business trip and was very impressed by the quality of the food. This time I brought my wife for lunch for our vacation trip. She was very impressed as well.
We ordered two set menus and an extra plate of chilli prawn. We are very full after this lunch.
The chilli prawn didn't taste the same as I had back in 2009. This is a new version that has very high quality prawn fried in a twisted way. The cashew and sichuan peppercorn are delicately paired with the prawn. Suggestion to eat it while the food is warm.
The broth I had with the three kinds of dimsum is superb. It is steamed chicken broth with all essence captured in the bowl.
My wife got their seasonal set. What stood out for her is the sharkfin soup and mapou tofu with rice.
We have been dining all Japanese food for almost ten days on the trip. This is a great Chinese food meal for us and great value in our opinion. The set menu has plenty of portions and gives a good taste of what the restaurant offers.
We will surely visit this restaurant on our future Tokyo trip!

Whether staying at the Cerulean Tower Hotel or not, this Szechuan-style spot is a must. Every. Single. Thing. on the menu is absolutely delicious. My go-to items are the no-soup spicy noodles, the sweet/sour pork and the spicy beef/pork and tofu “Ma-bo-doufu” Staff is very attentive. There’s a bar for when you’re splashing out on your own. It is rather pricey, considering there are cheaper versions of the same menu all over the city...but this is a shrine to Chinese fine dining.

Great dimsum set for lunch. Parking is also convenient (at the basement of the hotel).
