Gyoza is delicious! It goes perfectly with fried rice. The fried rice has a slightly strong flavor and is appetizing. The ramen soup had a simple seasoning, so it went perfectly with it! Thank you for the meal!

I ordered chashu men and fried chicken.
The chashu men was delicious as expected and I finished it in no time.
What surprised me was the fried chicken. The taste was different from other restaurants. It's relatively large in size and has spices in it, but since it uses breast meat, it's easy to eat.
I think I'll order the fried chicken set next time.

This is a Showa retro set meal restaurant located about 5-6 minutes walk from Shakujii Koen Station on the Seibu Ikebukuro Line. It is a legendary shop in Shakujii Park, which has been in business for about 80 years. There is an anecdote that Ango Sakaguchi, who was once living at the residence of novelist Kazuo Dan, ordered 100 servings of curry. If you're looking for the most important meal, we recommend the lunch set, which is very filling and all of the dishes are delicious. By the way, the area in front of the station 🚃🏢 is currently under redevelopment, but I hope that Tatsumiken will continue to do its best as a symbol of Shakujii Park❗

Shakujii Koen Station on the Seibu Ikebukuro Line is undergoing large-scale construction work due to redevelopment around the south exit, and the liveliness of the town seems to be taking a temporary break.I think it's certainly a good thing that the town is being reborn, but it still feels lonely. I can't wipe it off...

However, the streets leading from Shakujii Park to the station are still full of quaint old-fashioned shops, and the town still has a sense of `breath'' to it.

Among them, the Showa era atmosphere is preserved.
