I came across a wonderful teppanyaki restaurant in Tachikawa★
It is located a few minutes walk from the south exit of Tachikawa Station.
The interior of the store is clean and has a stylish atmosphere.
I especially liked the stylish table that was made from processed wood.
There are not only counter seats, but also table seats and a completely private room for 6 people, so I was able to spend a relaxing time in the open feel.
On this day, I used the counter, but it was close to the iron plate, so it was very immersive!
I enjoyed the performance, talked with the chef about various things, and enjoyed the meal from beginning to end.

A thick hamburger steak made from A5 rank Japanese black beef is sandwiched between Danish breads.
They shaved a lot of cheese and poured it on me right in front of me ♩
The hamburger is meaty, and when you bite into it, the meat juices overflow from the inside.
It was very delicious with the sweet Danish bread, and I was given a burger bag and an extra towel, so it was easy to eat.

I cooked it to the recommended medium rare.

Awa soy sauce is made by whisking soy sauce and then cooling it to solidify it.
It's original, and even the seasonings are elaborate.
