This is a highly recommended teppanyaki restaurant.

My partner and I went out to eat out for the first time in a while, and decided to make a reservation at a restaurant that my partner wanted to go to, so we ended up eating teppanyaki. For a moment, I couldn't tell if it was the name of the restaurant or the address, but the official name is Teppanyaki Omotesando.

・Omotesando Harvest Salad
As a greeting, I'll start with a cute harvest salad. The image is of harvesting from a flowerpot. This is a dish that can be enjoyed both visually and visually.

・Tuna grilled with natural rock salt
This is an unusual style of cooking in which the tuna is grilled on a thick plate of natural rock salt placed on an iron plate. The rare tuna eaten with rock salt was delicious.

Lobster with outstanding freshness.
I have eaten spiny lobster at Teppanyaki before, but this may have been my first time eating lobster. It was great to be able to enjoy the rich flavor of the lobster.

-A5 Japanese black beef sirloin
This is today's main dish and is a comparison menu with fillet. The flambée performance was amazing, and I took a slow shot at the chef's recommendation, but it's going to be great for posting on social media.
The sirloin is perfectly cooked, tender and packed with flavor. The fat is elegant and light.
The grilled vegetables are served with raclette cheese grilled crisply on an iron plate.

Do you want to put sea urchin and roast beef on top at the beginning? We recommend that you answer YES.
The garlic rice is made with a double soy sauce of dashi soy sauce and burnt soy sauce until it becomes candy-like, and when it's finished, it's topped with plenty of sea urchin and roast beef. Sea urchin is super delicious. Warm garlic rice and cold sea urchin go wonderfully together.

It's a quiet place located behind Omotesando station, and the location is good. The chef's direction and staff's response are wonderful, making it a perfect restaurant for anniversaries ♫
