Being able to have a small amount of both is great for people in their 40s. The Wagyu beef was flambéed right in front of me, with three different sauces.

This is my 4th time using Kuroge Wagyu beef.
What a luxury.

Seasonal mini parfait. I think it was chocolate-based.
I was happier with Sauternes than the parfait and my memory of that was overwritten.

I heard that you can also pair wine with your meal, so I decided to ask.
Meursault comes out and the first bubbles are my favorite Nicolas Fiat.
But it's a vintage collection! Excellent bubbles with a good Meunier feel, different from the Nicola I usually drink. happy new year

In a place like this? Although it is located in a multi-tenant building, the inside of the store was clean and had a calm atmosphere. The sirloin, which was the main dish, was delicious overall, but the rice at the end had a stiff texture and smell, so I wish I had used garlic rice.
The inside was connected to a sushi restaurant, and towards the end the sushi was being prepared, and there was a smell of vinegar in the air, which was a bit disappointing as I couldn't enjoy the aftertaste of the meat.

The other day, I treated my senior for lunch. There is a counter and the rest is a private room, so I think it is a restaurant that can be used in a variety of situations because it is a private space and has a good atmosphere. It was relatively empty due to the typhoon, so we had a relaxing time.

Lastly, I was told that I could choose not only garlic rice but also roast beef bowl, so of course I chose the roast beef bowl. The egg yolk was a great accent and it was amazing!

There was a wide variety of dishes, and the explanations were thorough and the dishes were delicious. The meat, the abalone, and the creations were amazing. I left the bill to my senior, so I don't know how much it cost! lol
