Texmex Factory Shibuya

The portions were of adequate size, the flavors were generally well-balanced, but lacked the depth and intensity you might find in authentic Mexican cuisine. Service was generally efficient. The restaurant had a relaxed and casual atmosphere. Love that they have a variety of habanero sauces on each table!

Recommendations:
The fries were rather cold and soggy, it'd be better if they were properly fried.
Consider adding more authentic Mexican ingredients to enhance the flavor profiles~

Came here on Sunday with a group of 5 at 1140 and was able to get a seat but the place filled up by 12 and was a que to get in when we left at 1300.
Ordered the all you can eat tacos at 2500 yen, also has all you can eat/ drink for 3800 yen.
We also did the premium option which add 3 more taco options for additional 330 yen. No need to go this option as it wasn't that great.
Tacos were ok, slighty soggy by the time they arrived.
You can only order two tacos at a time but the problem is takes about 20 mins for the next set to come out.
Aprat from the slow service rest was decent and great value.

Went here on a weekend without reservation and got a seat fairly quickly. My friend and I got the all-you-can-eat menu which it said was around 2,500 yen for 2 hours.
As one individual taco is around 500 yen. This seemed cheaper as they provide unlimited fries as well.
But the way they make it value for money for the restaurant is, by ignoring the customers.
There is no buzzer to call the waiter and we were actively ignored by the staff.
Like for example, one waiter kept food on our table by facing the other way and left quickly. So even when we wanted to order something we had to wait till someone actually noticed us calling for them.
The food itself was absolutely delicious, including the Fries.
But we had to wait for a long time as no waiter was willing to take an order from us and I noticed that they are doing the same to the other customers as well.
I guess that is how they can manage to sell the all you can eat menu, as the less people order, the more they can save.
On the menu itself, in very small letters, they have mentioned that they charge an additional of 330yen as table cost.
If you order a drink it will cost more.
I paid around 3,000 yen for the all-you-can-eat menu, drink and the table charge.
I would have liked this place if the service was good but I guess they are running a business.
However, if attending to the customer leads to them ordering more then they can afford then they should remove the all you can eat offer.

So glad we found this awesome Mexican joint! Ate Chimmichanga, quesadillas and fresh guacamole and they were all flavour-full. Virgin strawberry daiquiris are great as well as the Suntory Alcohol free beers. Was surprised by the table charge mentioned in small font on the menus: 330yen charged per person per table (not mentioned by waitresses)

Very good tacos place in the middle of Shibuya.

They offer a la carte options and all-you-can-eat (2 hours) for about 2000 yen. We took the all you can eat option and had 17 tacos for 3 people.

The tacos were all very tasty and they offer a selection of various tabasco sauces and free fries with it.

They have 9 taco options and if you add 300 yen, you can chose 3 more beef options which we did.

The service could be faster as there is no buzzer and not too many waiters, but we actually got everything we ordered still fairly quickly so shout out to the waiters.

The place itself is clean and nicely decorated and the atmosphere is also lively but not too loud.

Good place if you are hungry for a lot of decent tacos.
