Although the shop name is a stir-fried restaurant, there was nothing like that on the lunchtime menu, I think it was just tandan noodles, chilled tandan noodles, gyoza, and pork bowl.
Payment is by cash only, and it is a small shop with 4 seats at the counter and 2 tables for 2 people. There was a sign saying that lunch time is 30 minutes. It takes some time for the information to be provided, so some people may be worried about the contents of the sticker and panic.
The dandan noodles had a very gentle seasoning and were delicious! !

It can be said that Komagome's number one Chinese restaurant. For lunch, we highly recommend the chilled dandan noodles (700 yen). For dinner, I have gyoza, sweet and sour pork, mapo tofu, and stir-fried tomato and egg. The fried rice is also flaky. Elegant and time-consuming Chinese food that you wouldn't expect from Komagome. That fried chicken will never be ordinary! The shrimp are good too.

It made sense, as the chef with a gentle smile apparently worked at a famous restaurant in Beijing.

As you walk along Yatagawa Street in Komagome, you'll suddenly find a Chinese restaurant that catches your eye. In fact, it is slowly gaining popularity due to its simplicity and authentic taste. You may feel like you don't have many options when you hear this much, but this tandan noodles is what makes you want to come back again and again.

The restaurant is located on the way to Shimofuri Ginza through Komagome's Satsuki Street, and is always crowded with people during lunch time. Their signature dish, `Sichuan Dandan Noodles,'' has a perfect balance of just the right amount of spiciness and flavor, and once you try it, you'll never forget it. What's more, you can make a large serving and feel very full. The great thing about this dish is that it's not too spicy, so even people who don't like spicy food can enjoy it.

And what we mustn't forget is the warm customer service of the couple who run this restaurant. You can feel the care and attention to detail in each dish, and each dish is delicate and authentic Shandong cuisine. For example, you can order stir-fried dishes in the evening, such as mapo tofu, sweet and sour pork, and stir-fried tomatoes and eggs, all of which are delicious, so it's no wonder there are so many repeat customers. In particular, the mapo tofu with its spicy Sichuan pepper flavor is sure to make you fall in love with it once you try it.

You may be confused for a moment, thinking, Is there only tandan noodles?, but the attention to detail and flavor that goes into each dish is something special that you won't find anywhere else. On holidays, you can enjoy an even more varied menu, so be sure to stop by for dinner as well as lunch. I came to the store around noon on a day off and was able to get in without lining up. I think it was about 2000 yen for 2 x Dandan noodles and gyoza.
I went on a hot summer day, so I was drenched in sweat. It seems that there are cold and warm versions, but cold is definitely better in the summer. The gyoza was also meaty and delicious.
It's usually crowded when you pass by, so you might have to wait depending on the time of day.
