This is a good restaurant. Clientele appeared to be mostly local smart-looking couples on dates so not surprised about the small portions. Enjoy great views of Tokyo tower and Sakura but be sure to request a window seat.

As the name suggests, the restaurant is located directly below Tokyo Tower 🗌, and you can see it beautifully from your seat.
The dishes incorporate plenty of Japanese ingredients, and I had the French course, which was lightly seasoned so that even women can finish it without feeling burdened. Also, if you tell the sommelier your preferences, they will be able to suggest various pairings. It's a shop with a warm atmosphere that makes you want to come back again and again.
