I had a rather disappointing experience at this place.

The food was quite disappointing. The pasta was a bit too mushy and lacked flavor.

The service was also not great. There were only two of us, and I arrived five minutes early. Unfortunately, they didn’t let me in and asked me to wait outside until my partner arrived - even though the restaurant was half empty. When we asked for extra food after finishing our lunch, they refused.

Food was normal and decent however, service was quite bad. Went in on a weeknight after randomly searching on Google for Italian restaurants in the area. Staff was difficult to call (even being ignored on several occasions), and sometimes can be quite condescending and arrogant when answering questions regarding their menu. Didn't enjoy the experience at all. The food itself though was of a pretty decent level for Italian food by Tokyo's standard, but nothing to rave about to be truthfully honest. Spent JPY 10K+ there for 2, but for the same amount of money, I'd recommend others to go elsewhere where you get similar quality of food with most probably much better service.

Trattoria Jugem is a rare restaurant near Kanda Station where you can casually enjoy authentic Italian cuisine.
Lunchtime is especially reasonable, with elaborate dishes and highly satisfying set menus. An early visit is recommended, but it's well worth it.
This is a place that pasta lovers and Italian food lovers should definitely visit!
