Fantastic Italian food that uses fresh ingredients. Seasonal offerings and delicious handmade pasta.

Visited on weekdays at 7pm in February 2024. I visited with a reservation, but it was almost full even on weekdays. I missed the entrance for a moment because it was on the second floor of a normal building, but I'm sure you'll find it soon if you look for the menu sign.

Seasonal items include smelt frites and white asparagus. For the pasta, I had the standard eggplant and mozzarella, and for the meat, I had veal cutlets. All of them are of an extremely high standard and are unlikely to pass. Also, since it was my first visit, I didn't know how much to eat, but when I told the staff what I wanted to eat, they gave me an estimate, and I was grateful that they were able to help me with things like, ``How about a half-portion?''

All guests will receive wine of their choice. I don't know the prices or the other lineups, but all the wines were delicious.

atmosphere
Overall, it is extremely high quality and comfortable. This time we had a spacious table seat, but if there were two of us, the counter might be a good option.

It was my first visit, but Cucina Hirata on the 3rd floor is a long-established Italian restaurant, and this one seems to have a second line. Apparently, Masaru Hirata was the first owner and chef. I definitely want to go to the 3rd floor and also use the 2nd floor. It was a store that gave me that feeling.

I used it for a dinner with wine lovers.
All the dishes were delicious ✨ Especially the salad looked like an ordinary salad at first glance, but both the vegetables and the seasoning were delicious 💕
The menu was flexible and the customer service was pleasant.
I didn't receive any meat, but in addition to the photo, we also received meat dishes, several bottles of wine, and other alcohol, so the total cost for the four of us was just under 100,000 yen 🍷

This was my first time visiting, and the customer service and food were wonderful.
The entrance may be a little difficult to find, but go all the way to the back of the entrance and take the elevator on the left to the second floor.
If you are sharing the food, each person will be served a portion instead of a large plate.
The arrangement is also very beautiful.
The carpaccio I ordered as an appetizer was fresh, and the Caesar salad, frites, Milanese cutlets, and porcini were delicious, but my favorite was the cold cappellini with marinated mackerel and ginger, mullet roe, and sweet shrimp.
It was really delicious so I recommend it!
Also, the breads were all delicious and had a variety of flavors.
I will definitely come back again!

This store is located on the second floor of a building just a short walk from Azabu Juban shopping street.
The interior is small, with white as the main color, and has a cozy atmosphere. They pay attention to even the smallest detail when it comes to customer service, so you can enjoy food, drinks, and conversation.

・Salad made with saury fish
The fresh and textured saury fish and salad were refreshing and perfect for a start. It was like carpaccio.

・Mussel soup
It was a well-balanced soup with a good dashi.
This dish was full of the unique flavor of mussels.

・Truffle pasta
It was a luxurious pasta that generously used summer truffles.
I personally liked the truffle scent as it stood out well.

・Sea urchin pasta
The rich sea urchin cream blended perfectly with the pasta, which was great. It had a good amount of saltiness.

・Roasted Wagyu beef fillet
The pasteurization was truly exquisite, and as it got closer to the center, it became softer and the sensation was irresistible. The flavor of the meat will instantly fill your mouth. It was the most delicious thing of the day.

・Tiramisu
It had just the right amount of sweetness with a hint of brandy. It was perfect for dessert.

・Fig tart
The seasonal figs matched the crispy texture of the tart.

In addition to the relaxing atmosphere and service that will make you want to come back and drink again and again, the quality of the food is highly rated.
I would like to visit again.
