Wolfgang’s Teppan

Excellent teppanyaki perfectly executed in the Japanese teppanyaki style (elegant and moderately paced, one item at a time). The lobster and beef were great, of course, and I really liked the unique grilled salad course. My table had a nice window view. I started with sake, of which they had limited (but good) choices, again elegantly served, and switched to Bordeaux as the beef approached. Quite amazing experience trying out Akaushi beef! My whole family had a great time enjoying great steak and great drinks. Great performanc and service by Montbetsu (Chef), Taka (Server) and Max (Host). They really made us feel special. They even celebrated our son birthday!
Highly recommend this place if you are looking for great steak, and amazing and friendly chef and staff!

I recently dined at Wolfgang's Steakhouse Teppanyaki in Ginza, and I have to say, it was an incredible experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the restaurant's charming ambiance. The warm lighting and elegant decor created a cozy and inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home.

The service was also top-notch. The waitstaff were attentive and friendly, always making sure that I had everything I needed. They were able to answer all of my questions about the menu and the restaurant's history, which added to the overall experience.

But the real star of the show was the food. The ingredients were fresh and of the highest quality, and it was clear that the chefs were experts in their craft. I especially enjoyed the teppanyaki, which was cooked to perfection by Chef Terauchi-san. His skill and experience were evident in the way he cooked the beef to the perfect doneness, and the flavors were absolutely amazing.

Speaking of Chef Terauchi-san, I have to give him a special shoutout for the outstanding job he did. Not only was the food delicious, but the performance of cooking in front of us was a great show as well. He was extremely friendly and engaging, and it was clear that he takes great pride in his work.

In short, I would highly recommend Wolfgang's Steakhouse Teppanyaki to anyone looking for a truly outstanding dining experience. The atmosphere, service, and food were all top-notch, and the teppanyaki experience was unforgettable. I was so happy with my meal that I couldn't help but leave a review while halfway through the dinner at the teppanyaki chef table.

Overall, it was an unforgettable experience, the combination of good ambiance, attentive service, fresh and quality ingredient, outstanding teppanyaki chef terauchi-san make this restaurant one of the best in Ginza. I'll definitely be back to try more of their delicious menu items in the future.

This is the Best 5 Stars restaurant, price is high for a reason, I can only say, this is the best.
