We tried some of the popular dishes, and they were all really delicious, so it's easy to see why reservations are required.
In particular, the risotto called Oja, which was served in a pot like a witch's pot, was very delicious and impressive!
I was surprised to hear that it is said to be the origin of the word ojiya!
I was able to enjoy a variety of Akatsuki dishes little by little, and before I knew it, I was full 😊

This time I got greedy and ordered all the famous menu items.
Akatsuki Mori has almost all the appetizers and I was surprised at how gorgeous it was! The Kuroge Wagyu beef is also thick and filling. Squid ink sushi oja? I was surprised at how it looked, but the taste was solid and delicious.
There is also a wide selection of wines, so next time I would like to bring my wine-loving friends along (*^^*)
