Asao Sushi

The space is very clean and well-organized, with a pleasant sense of distance between the chef and other staff. The sushi and side dishes are both delicious and served at the perfect timing.
I had it without any soy sauce. Champagne and white wine are half bottles.
My favorites were the clam soup and the kohada nigiri. Overall, I thought it was a little too salty for me, but it was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

With delicious sushi and great customer service, this is a restaurant that truly follows the royal road to sushi. Everyone, including the owner, was kind, and even though it's a high-end sushi restaurant, the atmosphere was very friendly, and we had a nice conversation. It was very comfortable. The conversation and the timing of the sushi will be adjusted to your pace. The towels were changed a total of three times, which was a great consideration for someone like me who eats sushi with my hands.

The sushi is my favorite, with a small sushi and a nice sourness. First, he asked me if the size of the rice was okay. It seems to suit your tastes. All of them were delicious, but the amberjack and salmon roe were especially good. And conger eel. Worth adding. A fluffy and sweet conger eel that takes full advantage of the goodness of yuzu salt and claws.

The sushi and snacks were served alternately, and everything was so delicious that I wondered how much alcohol I would have drank if it weren't for these times. Also, since warm food (soup, etc.) comes out at the perfect time, I felt that the fact that it wasn't all about cold food was a great way to keep people from getting bored with the meal. The dish ends here with chawanmushi. A simple chawanmushi with a hearty feel.
I get a lot of different things, little by little, so I'm very satisfied.

One thing to keep in mind is that you won't look very nice when taking photos here. You might be told that you probably don't have time to take photos at a sushi restaurant, but it's best to ask for permission first, as is common etiquette at a sushi restaurant. I only took photos of the mantis shrimp and conger eel for snacks, but I didn't upload them as I promised, but instead I took photos for myself to look back at later and want to go again.
