Grilled pork stamina, 850 yen. It is served on a piping hot iron plate, so you can eat it without getting cold. The flavor of black pepper and garlic packs a punch and goes well with the rice. Mixing it with the yolk of a fried egg gives it a soft taste, and you can also change the taste. The store has a coffee shop style and is very comfortable.

I happened to pass by the store and entered the store.
Nostalgic Western food style.
I'm really grateful for shops like this these days. The price is reasonable and wallet-friendly.
I had the chicken chili sauce lunch.
It was delicious and I devoured the large serving of rice with ease.
I want to go again ( ´∀`)

Came to the store around 13:00 on weekdays. I was the only customer and I was able to relax. Inside the restaurant, there are 8 counter seats, 2 tables for 4 people, and a window seat for 2 people. The window seats are great.
The friendly owner and calm classical jazz complement the cafe's Showa-era atmosphere.

Does the menu change daily? When I went there, only the types of photos were hung on the board. I ordered the Stamina Yaki, which somehow seemed like a signature dish. It's a homely taste. It would be even better if the grilled pork comes with a salad.
But at this price, it's nice to have an after-meal drink included. This is a recommended shop for a moment in your daily life.

The rustic atmosphere with famous oldies songs playing quietly and the menu leave a very good impression.
Although it wasn't fancy, I was able to eat with peace of mind.
The price is reasonable and you can feel the goodness of the Showa era.

Teppanyaki and Hibachi are two Japanese cooking styles that involve grilling on a hot iron plate. While often used interchangeably, they have distinct differences. Teppanyaki refers to cooking on a flat griddle, where chefs skillfully prepare dishes like steak, seafood, and vegetables in front of diners. Hibachi, on the other hand, uses a round, open-grate grill heated by charcoal or gas, imparting a smoky flavor to the food. Discover the nuances and theatrical flair of these two captivating Japanese culinary arts.
