Great place to get a taste of authentic charcoal grilled unagi. Start with original grilled unagi with a pinch of salt to savour the original texture of the fish freshness. The side dishes are also very interesting and good to the last bite. Such as the deep fried unagi bones and fresh tofu beancurd was delicious. Next the four ways is eating the marinated unagi was another level of experience, follow the instructions on the table to divide the portion into four and mix with wasabi, dashi, rice pops and spring onions brings out different favours of the dishes. Definitely a must for unagi lovers. Big thumbs up for the great food preparation and presentation. Loving every moment of it. Hope to be back again soon!
