Yakiniku/Horumon Kotto is located about a 15-minute walk from Komazawa-Daigaku Station.
I went to this store because it was run by a manager who trained at a famous store.
Komazawa-Daigaku Station is a hotly contested area for Yakiniku, with famous restaurants such as Yakiniku Shibaura, Hoshiya, Jojoen, BULLS, Hankon, BeafFactory, and Yakiniku King.
There are a variety of shops ranging from cheap to expensive.

This store is located in a completely residential area, about halfway between Setagaya Station and Komazawa University Station, so it's a store you'll only go to if you're visiting for a specific purpose or if you're a local.
Since I had high expectations, I first chose Wagyu Beef Tongue Gen (market price) and Wagyu Beef Tokujo Skirt.
The Wagyu beef tongue was well grilled on the outside to make it crispy and the inside was medium-rare, but I didn't notice any unexpected flavor or aroma.
Although it is delicious, I feel that it is not as good as the price.
As with the special skirt steak, the meat wasn't overflowing with juices.
The scent is also weak.
The upper liver is a little softer, and the meat is less sweet.
The recommended red meat is also good.
The Tsurami had a good texture and flavor, making it a recommended dish for those who like red meat and hormones.

Overall, it's not bad and it's delicious, but compared to the popular Yakiniku restaurants, I feel it's a little expensive in terms of balance between taste, price, and service.
Around here, people tend to compare Yakiniku Shibaura-san and Raboufu-san, and in that case, they end up being inferior.

Overwhelming cost performance! Everything from marbled parts to rare parts are made from A5 rank cows, so they are easy to eat.

In order to make it even more delicious, we cut the pieces that are purchased from time to time, one by one, to order, rather than having them cut into pieces.

The menu is full of fresh hormones from the long-established Asami Meat Store! Next time I want to focus on hormones♪

Finish with luxurious beef tongue hitsumabushi. The soup stock will soothe your stomach.

For dessert, I had a choice of pudding or ice cream, and I was interested in the sakuramochi ice cream, so that's it. I'm glad I enjoyed the dessert, which I've never had before.

It's a homey atmosphere, so it's recommended for families and parties ^*^

I made a reservation for dinner. I ordered the owner's choice of wagyu beef and hormone platter (market price). It seems that it will keep coming out until it stops. 7 dishes and 11 types for just under 7,000 yen. All of the meat is rare and in the best condition. The manager personally grilled the meat that was difficult to grill. To finish the meal, we had egg-cooked rice and cold noodles. It's a blissful time.
